A click & collect service is available to local customers Monday to Saturday between the hours of 9am - 5pm. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pick up. Please note, Click & Collect is unavailable on Bank Holidays.

European Orders
To ensure a secure, quick & reliable service, items to a EU address are sent via Royal Mail tracked &/or signed for (dependant on the recipient country). Delivery times will vary based on the destination & we can provide a tracking number upon request. Please note, there may be additional charges to be paid upon delivery.
European delivery charges range from £12.50 - £19.50
International orders are sent via Royal Mail Worldwide Delivery service with a tracked &/or signed-for option (dependant on the recipient country). Delivery times will vary based on the destination however a tracking number will be provided to update you.
International delivery charges range from £14.95 - £20.00
Please ensure that the correct address details are provided on your order in compliance with the postal requirements of the recipient country. Incorrect information can result in packages being returned & we are unable to resend without an additional postal fee.
Delivery Times
Free UK delivery: If your order qualifies for automatic Free UK standard delivery or you apply a promotional code your order will be sent using Royal Mail 48 which aims to deliver in 3-5 days. Please note that this is different service to the Standard UK delivery that you can opt to pay for.
UK delivery: Standard UK shipping orders are sent by Royal Mail 24 and aim to deliver in 1-2 days. Please be aware deliveries can take longer during busy periods & calendar holidays.
UK next working day delivery: Orders placed before midday GMT are shipped to arrive the next working day. Orders placed after midday are dispatched the following working day (tracking information is provided). In accordance with Royal Mail, next day delivery guarantees delivery by 9pm the following working day.
International delivery: Orders are dispatched in two to three working days (tracking information is provided). We have been advised that international delivery can take up to 17 days.
Packaging
Our jewellery is carefully packaged in a beautiful jewellery box with each piece sitting on a card inscribed with a message explaining the meaning of the stone or piece. Gift wrap is available at the checkout.
Lost or Delayed Post
We use the most reliable & economical postal service to ensure your package arrives quickly & securely. Very occasionally for reasons beyond our control, post can be delayed or missing in action. If you think your order may be delayed or lost, we will do all we can to help. For UK orders, please let us know if you have not received your parcel within 10 days of dispatch. For non-UK orders, please allow two weeks before contacting us.
Important Brexit Update
Due to the UK leaving the EU on the 1st January 2021, there have been some recent changes to imports and export between the UK and EU member states.
We have amended the online service we provide for our EU customers. If you are purchasing from the EU, Channel Islands or Rest of World, the UK VAT included in our RRP will be removed at checkout. Please note that you will be responsible for any costs incurred after checkout such as VAT and import duties.
Christmas Returns & Exchanges
We’re extending our returns policy over the Christmas period.
Gifts purchased on or after Friday 25th October to Sunday 24th November 2024 can be exchanged up to and including Monday 13th January 2025.
Gifts purchased on or after 25th November 2024 can be returned or exchanged up to and including Monday 13th January 2025.
Please note that earrings, custom pieces and engravables are non-returnable.
Jewellery purchased as part of a set or 3-for-2 offer must be returned as a set to be eligible for a refund.
To receive a full refund, we will require a valid receipt. If the item is a gift we will be happy to offer an exchange but will need the order confirmation number as proof of purchase. We are unable to offer a refund or an exchange without a valid receipt or order confirmation number.
This extended policy is valid on orders placed on or after Friday 25th October 2024. This will overwrite the standard Wanderlust Life returns & exchange policy.
Return Policy
We hope that you love what you buy, but if you aren’t happy with your item we’ll be more than happy to offer an exchange or refund.
Our standard exchange & returns period is 28 days from proven purchase.
The return period for sale items purchased online is 14 days from purchase.
Should you wish to return or exchange your item to us, please ensure:

The item is unworn, in the same condition as received & in the original packaging.

Engraved items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty. We offer a six-month warranty on faulty products (proof of purchase must be provided). For this reason, we ask you to use our helpful ring sizing guide before purchasing an engravable ring.
Once an item has been engraved, changes (including additional engraving) are not possible.
Wanderlust Life reserves the right to refuse any order that includes profanity, hateful speech or offensive text.

Refurbishing a Fine Cord Necklace
We offer a refurb service on our fine cord necklaces which includes a restring and replacement clasp and tags to keep your necklace lasting longer (£16). Please include your name, return address, gemstone type & confirmation of necklace length (17" or 18") inside the package along with your gemstone. As soon as your necklace arrives with us, we will aim to re-string it within five - ten working days & return to you using the address provided in your order. Please select your option and pay for your restring by clicking here.
Refurbishing a Gold & Silk Bracelet
We offer a refurb service on our gold & silk bracelets which includes a replacement silk cord, gold fill clasp and tags (£16). Please include your name, return address & gemstone inside the package along with your gemstone, gold clasp & tag. As soon as your bracelet arrives with us, we will aim to re-string it within five - ten working days & return to you using the address provided in your order. Please select your option and pay for your restring by clicking here.
Re-plating a Ring
We offer a re-plating service on a selection of gold vermeil rings. (Please note, rings with gemstones cannot be re-plated.) Please include your name, return address, style of ring & size (if known) inside the package along with the ring. As soon as your ring arrives with us, we will send it off to be re-plated & aim to have it back to you within four weeks. Your item will be returned to the address included in your order. Please pay for your ring re-plating by clicking here.
Replacing an Earring
If you’re in need of a replacement earring, we may be able to create or send another one for you.
We sell many of our stud earrings as individual studs.

Recycling
We only use 100% recycled gold and silver in all the jewellery we make, and why we send all the waste gold and silver generated by our studio to a specialist refinery in Birmingham where it’s melted down to be used again.

Recycling Service
Our jewellery is designed to be worn & enjoyed every day, but we advise a few simple steps to care for your favourite pieces & keep them looking their best.
- Remove jewellery prior to showering, sleeping or exercising.
- Hand sanitiser can affect the longevity of our gold plated items, so please remember your jewellery should be the last thing you put on & the first thing you take off.
- Gemstones can be susceptible to damage by chemicals found in make-up, perfume, hair & body care products, water & even sunlight. Some gemstones may become paler if exposed frequently to these elements.
- When you’re not wearing your jewellery it’s important to store it properly. To prevent your jewellery from getting tangled, fasten any chains & store items individually in a Wanderlust Life box or travel pouch.
- When it comes to cleaning, show your jewellery the same love you’d show your skin. Don’t use harsh chemicals. Clean regularly with a little bit of warm water, mild soap & use a soft cloth to pat dry & shine.
Gift Wrapping
All of our jewellery is presented on a card displaying the gemstone mantra (if applicable) & packed with a care guide in an embossed box. Make it super special with options such as a complimentary personal message or gift wrap available at checkout.
Gift Vouchers
Not sure what to get for a loved one? Worry not, we’ve got you covered. Our gift vouchers are available in amounts from £10 to £150, available in physical and digital form.
Please note that once you have completed your digital gift voucher purchase you will receive an order confirmation email for your records and a second email containing the gift voucher link that you can send to the lucky recipient.

Wanderlust Life is a small, woman-owned jewellery brand. We started out producing handmade gemstone necklaces in a spare bedroom by the sea, and 10 years on we’re still making personalised pieces by hand using meaningful gems, sustainable materials and practices that are kind to the planet.

GEMSTONES
Semi-precious gemstones are a signature of our brand. Our collection features over 40 stones, each bringing unique properties, colour and energy to the wearer. Where possible, we use lab-grown gems in our designs. These genuine gemstones are created in a controlled environment, which means they’re both eco-friendly and ethical.
PRECIOUS METALS
The majority of our designs use gold fill, composed of a solid layer of 14k gold bonded with heat and pressure to a base metal. It’s 100 times thicker than gold plate, offering the appearance of fine gold with affordability. We also use gold vermeil in some of our pieces, which is sterling silver plated in 9k gold. All of the gold and silver we use comes from 100% recycled resources.
COLLABORATION
We work in partnership with traditional artisans in Jaipur and in Birmingham’s jewellery quarter to handcraft special pieces for our collections. As certified members of the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC), they adhere to and promote the RJC Code of Practices, which is the global standard for responsible supply chains in the jewellery industry.

Engraved items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty. We offer a six-month warranty on faulty products (proof of purchase must be provided). For this reason, we ask you to use our helpful ring sizing guide before purchasing an engravable ring.
Once an item has been engraved, changes (including additional engraving) are not possible.
Wanderlust Life reserves the right to refuse any order that includes profanity, hateful speech or offensive text.
Discount codes are not valid against sale pieces, engravable or custom items, limited edition pieces or charity entities unless stated otherwise.

Refurbishing a Fine Cord Necklace
We offer a refurb service on our fine cord necklaces which includes a restring and replacement clasp and tags to keep your necklace lasting longer (£16). Please include your name, return address, gemstone type & confirmation of necklace length (17" or 18") inside the package along with your gemstone. As soon as your necklace arrives with us, we will aim to re-string it within five - ten working days & return to you using the address provided in your order. Refurbishing a Gold & Silk Bracelet
We offer a refurb service on our gold & silk bracelets which includes a replacement silk cord, gold fill clasp and tags (£16). Re-plating a Ring
We offer a re-plating service on a selection of gold vermeil rings. (Please note, rings with gemstones cannot be re-plated.) Please include your name, return address, style of ring & size (if known) inside the package along with the ring. As soon as your ring arrives with us, we will send it off to be re-plated & aim to have it back to you within four weeks. Your item will be returned to the address included in your order. Replacing an Earring
If you’re in need of a replacement earring, we may be able to create or send another one for you.
We sell many of our stud earrings as individual studs.

Recycling
We only use 100% recycled gold and silver in all the jewellery we make, and why we send all the waste gold and silver generated by our studio to a specialist refinery in Birmingham where it’s melted down to be used again.

Recycling Service
Our jewellery is designed to be worn & enjoyed every day, but we advise a few simple steps to care for your favourite pieces & keep them looking their best.
- Remove jewellery prior to showering, sleeping or exercising.
- Hand sanitiser can affect the longevity of our gold plated items, so please remember your jewellery should be the last thing you put on & the first thing you take off.
- Gemstones can be susceptible to damage by chemicals found in make-up, perfume, hair & body care products, water & even sunlight. Some gemstones may become paler if exposed frequently to these elements.
- When you’re not wearing your jewellery it’s important to store it properly. To prevent your jewellery from getting tangled, fasten any chains & store items individually in a Wanderlust Life box or travel pouch.
- When it comes to cleaning, show your jewellery the same love you’d show your skin. Don’t use harsh chemicals. Clean regularly with a little bit of warm water, mild soap & use a soft cloth to pat dry & shine.
Gift Wrapping
All of our jewellery is presented on a card displaying the gemstone mantra (if applicable) & packed with a care guide in an embossed box. Make it super special with options such as a complimentary personal message or gift wrap available at checkout.

Wanderlust Life is a small, woman-owned jewellery brand. We started out producing handmade gemstone necklaces in a spare bedroom by the sea, and 10 years on we’re still making personalised pieces by hand using meaningful gems, sustainable materials and practices that are kind to the planet.
Our jewellery is a radiant expression of good energy. By blending style, affordability, sustainability and positive vibes, we aim to provide beautiful, meaningful pieces to anyone who wants to shine bright and spread joy.
GEMSTONES
Semi-precious gemstones are a signature of our brand. Our collection features over 40 stones, each bringing unique properties, colour and energy to the wearer. Where possible, we use lab-grown gems in our designs. These genuine gemstones are created in a controlled environment, which means they’re both eco-friendly and ethical.
PRECIOUS METALS
The majority of our designs use gold fill, composed of a solid layer of 14k gold bonded with heat and pressure to a base metal. It’s 100 times thicker than gold plate, offering the appearance of fine gold with affordability. We also use gold vermeil in some of our pieces, which is sterling silver plated in 9k gold. All of the gold and silver we use comes from 100% recycled resources.
COLLABORATION
We work in partnership with traditional artisans in Jaipur and in Birmingham’s jewellery quarter to handcraft special pieces for our collections. As certified members of the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC), they adhere to and promote the RJC Code of Practices, which is the global standard for responsible supply chains in the jewellery industry.
