Important Brexit Update
Due to the UK leaving the EU from 1st January 2021, there have been some recent changes to import and export between the UK and EU member states.
We have amended the online service we provide for our EU customers.
If you are purchasing from the EU, Channel Islands or Rest of World, the UK VAT included in our RRP will be removed at checkout. Please note that you will be responsible for any costs incurred after checkout such as VAT and import duties.
Pricing & Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. All prices are inclusive of VAT unless you are purchasing from the EU. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.
Discount Codes
Only one discount code is redeemable per transaction, multiple codes cannot be used on any one transaction.
Discount codes cannot be added retrospectively and will not be refunded from your order once your order has been paid for.
Discount codes are not valid against Lifestore products, sale pieces, welded jewellery, engravable, solid gold pieces or custom items, limited edition pieces or charity entities, unless stated otherwise.
To redeem your discount code on our online store, please proceed through full checkout, rather than express checkout options Google Pay or Apple Pay.
Free UK delivery offers are valid on orders £45 and over unless stated otherwise.
Wanderlust Life reserves the right to have different terms for different codes - please check the individual terms of the code you wish to use.
SALE The return period for sale item purchases is 14 days from purchase. You may return items for store credit. We may not be able to exchange sale items due to stock holding.
SLOW20 Use your SLOW20 code at checkout for 20% off Wanderlust Life jewellery online and in our Braunton store. £35 minimum spend. Code is valid from Thursday 30th October 2025 until Wednesday 3rd December 2025 at midnight GMT. SLOW20 cannot be combined with any other promotions or Golden Gang Rewards and exclusions apply. Only one discount code is redeemable per transaction. Discount codes cannot be added retrospectively or refunded from your order once complete. The Wanderlust Life Women for Women International Prize Draw 2025 Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to Wanderlust Life Women for Women International Prize Draw 2025. It is your responsibility to read these terms and conditions before entrance into this prize draw. All income raised from this prize draw will go to Women for Women International. Entering the Prize Draw:

Participation in this prize draw is through Crowdfunder at a cost of £5 per prize draw entry. There is a limit of 4,000 entries in the prize draw. The receipt from Crowdfunder is the acknowledgement that the prize draw has been entered, you will not receive a ticket from Wanderlust Life.

Prize draw entries are not to be sold to, sold by, or bought on behalf of anyone under 18 years of age. Any entry bought by or on behalf of somebody under the age of 18 will be rejected from the draw.

The prize draw is open to mainland Great Britain only (Wales, Scotland and England) and excludes Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands.

Agencies or other companies that have any connection with the production of the prize draw, as well as relatives of such persons, are unable to enter the prize draw.

Payment for participation in the prize draw is through Crowdfunder only. No other form of payment can be accepted.

Wanderlust Life accepts no responsibility for prize draw entries which are lost or from which the prize-winner cannot be identified, or for any technical failure or event which may cause the competition to be disrupted or corrupted.

Wanderlust Life accepts no responsibility if the chosen method of payment is cancelled in error.

Any prize draw monies received after the closing date will be treated as a donation to Women for Women International and the entry will not be part of the draw.

Wanderlust Life reserves the right to disqualify any entry at their absolute discretion.
The Prize Draw

The Prize Draw runs from 12:00 on Wednesday 5th November 2025 and closes at 20:30 on Friday 28th November. The names of the winners to the prize draw will be drawn from the supporter’s details data provided by Crowdfunder on Friday 28th November 2025.

Paid entries to the Prize Draw are through the fundraising platform Crowdfunder.

The prize winners will be randomly selected on the draw date. The first entry drawn will win the first prize, the second entry drawn will win the second prize, and this will continue until all the prizes have been won.

The result of the prize draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into about the prize draw process and results.

Winners’ names will be published on our website at wanderlustlife.co.uk by 5pm on 1st December 2025, or no later than 7 days of the draw taking place. If you do not wish to have your name published on the Wanderlust Life website please choose the privacy option when entering the draw through Crowdfunder.

Winners will be notified by Wanderlust Life by email no later than 2 weeks after the draw date. Winners will be given instructions on how to claim their prize in the same email. Prizes will be delivered by the end of December 2025 or later as agreed between the prize winner and the supplier.

If no contact is made by the winner with the prize supplier within six weeks of the winning email being sent the prize may be forfeit.

Non-cash prizes are subject to the prize suppliers’ terms and conditions, and any complaints or queries relating to the condition or use of the prize should be directed to the relevant supplier of the prize.
Silver Recycling Service
Wanderlust Life reserves the right to change, modify or cancel our Silver Recycling Service and/or these Terms & Conditions at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions to www.wanderlustlife.co.uk and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications.
Engraving
Certain Wanderlust Life items can be engraved.
Engraved items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty. We offer a six-month warranty on faulty products (proof of purchase must be provided).
Once an item has been engraved, changes (including additional engraving) are not possible.
Engraving is available only on designated Wanderlust Life products.
Any items purchased for engraving will be dispatched up to 10 working days from the order being placed.
Wanderlust Life reserves the right to refuse any order that includes profanity, hateful speech or offensive text.
We do not offer discounts or promotions on engravable pieces.
Colour, Shade and Size
Wanderlust Life reserve the right to make slight amendments to products on the website including differences in colour, shade and size. Once in receipt of goods the customer can return if not satisfied with the variations from website to actual article. The Customer's statutory rights will not be affected.

Golden Gang Benefits
Wanderlust Life reserves the right to change, modify or cancel the Golden Gang benefits and/or these Terms & Conditions at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions to www.wanderlustlife.co.uk. and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications. Golden Gang benefits can only be redeemed with Wanderlust Life and are not valid within our network of stockists. Please check your email junk if you do not receive your sign up email.
