Sustainability at Wanderlust Life
At Wanderlust Life, nature is our constant inspiration, so we’re determined to develop practices that preserve and promote the environment. And because we design and make our jewellery to carry intention, meaning and spirit, the happiness and wellbeing of our producers and makers is intrinsic to our work and to our products. We're proudly B Corp certified, which demonstrates high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability.

OUR PEOPLE
Wanderlust Life is a woman-owned business that values individuality, creativity, health and personal development. Nearly 80% of our pieces are made by hand in our light-filled studio in North Devon.
OUR SUPPLIERS
We work with artisans in Jaipur and in Birmingham’s jewellery quarter that are certified members of the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC). We partner with suppliers who share our values and provide them with a Code of Conduct which they must commit to before working with us.
OUR PACKAGING
All of our jewellery boxes and display cards are made from FSC-certified 100% recycled paper. By the end of 2023, we aim to use only 100% recycled paper and eco-friendly gold foiling across all of our packaging and gift bags.
OUR FOOTPRINT
The Make it Net Zero Programme via SWMAS Ltd calculated our annual carbon footprint at 1,184 kg CO2e per year. Alongside our investment in offsetting initiatives, we’re on a journey to becoming Net Zero.
Our commitment to waste reduction
Small runs yield less waste. We deliberately create our collections in limited quantities. We make the majority of our jewellery to order, while anything outsourced to our partners is produced in small runs. We operate in this way to ensure sell-through and to eliminate waste.
Sustainable materials in our designer jewellery
GEMSTONES
Our partners adhere to and promote the RJC Code of Practices, which is the global standard for responsible supply chains in the jewellery industry.
OPALS AND DIAMONDS
We use lab-grown diamonds and opals. They are genuine gemstones, but created in a controlled environment that means they are both eco-friendly and ethical.
GOLD & SILVER
All of the gold and silver we use is 100% recycled.
GOLD VERMEIL
We work with a firm of craftsmen in Birmingham’s jewellery quarter. The mining companies they use to source their gold meet strict standards across their operations.

CUSTOMER LOVE
“I’ve just received my necklace back after you fixed it. I just want to say thank you so much. I wasn’t expecting it back this quickly and to look so perfect and the fact it was done under warranty is just not a service customers normally receive from businesses these days. Me and my boyfriend are both so impressed and grateful. We will continue to support your shop over the years.
Thank you so much xx”
