However in view of the current health situation, the team here at Wanderlust Life are applying our mindful approach to the way we continue to conduct ourselves during this time of uncertainty. Rest assured our small team are working hard to continue business as usual however we have made the following changes to abide by the official health & government guidelines;
Our all female hub is sadly temporarily closed until advised otherwise. Please keep an eye on our social media & website for when we re-open. We promise we'll be back better than ever but right now, the safety of our staff and customers come first.
- We are offering FREE UK standard delivery for the foreseeable future to ensure you can still receive your packages of positivity throughout this difficult time. We are doing our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible however, please be mindful that delivery times may be delayed during this period & calendar holidays. Our last Easter shipment will be sent by 4pm on 9th of April. All orders made over easter weekend will be dispatched on Tuesday the 14th of April.
- We are currently unable to offer Next Day delivery in accordance to the latest update from Royal Mail.
- International Orders will be dispatched as usual but please note, there may be a delay in delivery as countries update their guidelines accordingly.
- Our jewellery is carefully packaged within a beautiful jewellery box, with each piece sitting on a card inscribed with a unique message (the meaning of the stone or piece). Gift wrap is also available at the checkout, making your order a truly special gift for you or a loved one.
- We are currently issuing FREE UK SHIPPING across the site with discount code 'FREESHIPPING' however, this can not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers. For orders over £50 you will automatically qualify for free shipping to a UK address. Only 1 discount code can be applied per order.
Returns & exchanges
We will be extending our returns period to 6 weeks during this period and will be doing our best to ensure we process returns & exchanges as quickly as possible. If you do need to contact a member of our customer services team, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch your item/s as soon as possible. If you need to receive your package any sooner, please let us know. If it’s possible and we can, we will!
Standard UK delivery: Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 working days.
International delivery: Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 working days (tracking information available on request).
Next working day delivery: Orders placed before midday GMT will be shipped to arrive the next working day. Orders placed after midday will be dispatched the following working day (tracking information available on request).
All standard delivery items will be sent by Royal Mail 24. Each shipment is logged by Royal Mail and should take 2-3 days to arrive, but can take up to 5 working days during busy periods & calandar holidays.
EU & ROW orders
All items will be sent Royal Mail tracked and/or signed (dependant on what each country offers), to ensure a secure, quick and reliable service. Delivery times will vary, based on the destination, and we can provide a tracking number upon request.
Please ensure that the correct address details are provided on your order in compliance with the postal requirements of the recipient country - incorrect information can result in packages being returned to us in the UK and we are unable to re-send without an additional postal fee.
We choose the most reliable and economical postal service, to ensure your packages arrive quickly and securely. Very occasionally for reasons out of our control, post can be either delayed or missing in action. If you think your order may be delayed/lost, we will do all we can to help. For UK orders, please let us know if you have not received your parcel within 10 days of dispatch. For non-UK order, please wait for at least 2 weeks before contacting us.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
While we hope that you love what you buy, if you are not happy with your item, we are more than happy to offer an exchange or refund.*
Should you wish to return / exchange your item to us, please ensure:
- The item/s are returned within 28 days of purchase*
- The goods are unworn, in the same condition as received & in original packaging.
- We are unable to offer a refund or an exchange without valid proof of purchase or an order number
- We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on any in-store sale items
- Sale items purchased online can only be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of purchase
- We cannot offer refunds on items purchased as part of a promotional offer or personalisation
For any online returns / exchanges please complete a returns form, print out & mail to us with the item/s you wish to return / exchange.

You are responsible for return postage, and we recommend that items are returned via a tracked service. Damaged or lost items cannot be refunded or replaced. Please retain your proof of postage for your records, until we confirm by email that we have received your goods.
*Please note we cannot offer refunds for earrings due to hygiene or for unique custom pieces, unless there is a fault.
Processing your exchange/refund
You will be notified via email once your return / exchange has been received & processed. All successfully returned items will be exchanged or refunded via the original payment method. In the case of an exchange / refund, we do not reimburse the original or return shipping charges unless your item is faulty.
If you happen to receive a faulty item, please email email@example.com with photos of the item along with your order number or valid proof of purchase so we can advise you further.
We also offer a repair service, please do not attempt to repair an item, as we may not be able to help further.
Please note, if you have purchased an item through one of our stockists, you will need to go directly through them when exchanging or returning items.
