Wanderlust Life Jewellery
Wanderlust Life jewellery is made to order and each piece sits on a card inscribed with a unique message (the meaning of the stone or piece) inside a beautiful box, perfectly packaged as a gift to yourself or a friend.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch your item/s as soon as possible. If you need to receive your package any sooner, please let us know. If it’s possible and we can, we will!
Standard UK delivery: Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 working days.
International delivery: Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 working days (tracking information available on request).
Next working day delivery: Orders placed before midday GMT will be shipped to arrive the next working day. Orders placed after midday will be dispatched the following working day (tracking information available on request).
During the festive shopping period between mid - November to December we become very busy, which may result in longer processing times for orders and delivery. Please allow for this when placing your order.
Christmas delivery cut off dates:
- Standard UK shipping - Midday Thursday 19th December
- Next Day Shipping - Midday Friday 20th December
Although we will do everything we can to make sure you receive your items in-time for wrapping, Royal Mail are responsible for your order once it parts ways with us at the studio. As with every year, they do experience exceptionally high volumes of post which may add onto your delivery time. Please be patient with our wonderful posties and allow extra time during this period.
If you have a query about your order you can contact our customer service team Monday - Friday using the email email@example.com. Please include your 5 digit order number in the message. Please note that during busy periods it can take the team up to 48 hours to respond to any queries.
All standard delivery items will be sent by Royal Mail 24. Each shipment is logged by Royal Mail and should take 2-3 days to arrive, but can take up to 5 working days during busy periods.
EU & ROW orders
All items will be sent Royal Mail tracked and/or signed (dependant on what each country offers), to ensure a secure, quick and reliable service. Delivery times will vary, based on the destination, and we can provide a tracking number upon request.
Please ensure that the correct address details are provided on your order in compliance with the postal requirements of the recipient country - incorrect information can result in packages being returned to us in the UK and we are unable to re-send without an additional postal fee.
We choose the most reliable and economical postal service, to ensure your packages arrive quickly and securely. Very occasionally for reasons out of our control, post can be either delayed or missing in action. If you think your order may be delayed/lost, we will do all we can to help. For UK orders, please let us know if you have not received your parcel within 10 days of dispatch. For non-UK order, please wait for at least 2 weeks before contacting us.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
While we hope that you love what you buy, if you are not happy with your item, we are more than happy to offer an exchange or refund.*
Should you wish to return / exchange your item to us, please ensure:
- The item/s are returned within 28 days of purchase*
- The goods are unworn, in the same condition as received & in original packaging.
- We are unable to offer a refund or an exchange without valid proof of purchase or an order number.
For any online returns / exchanges please complete a returns form, print out & mail to us with the item/s you wish to return / exchange.

You are responsible for return postage, and we recommend that items are returned via a tracked service. Damaged or lost items cannot be refunded or replaced. Please retain your proof of postage for your records, until we confirm by email that we have received your goods.
*Please note we cannot offer refunds for earrings due to hygiene or for unique custom pieces, unless there is a fault.
Processing your exchange/refund
You will be notified via email once your return / exchange has been received & processed. All successfully returned items will be exchanged or refunded via the original payment method. In the case of an exchange / refund, we do not reimburse the original or return shipping charges unless your item is faulty.
During this time we will be offering an extended returns window, giving customers up until 8th January 2020 to exchange or return items online or in-store, if bought before the 8th December.

If you happen to receive a faulty item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the item so we can advise you further.
We also offer a repair service, please do not attempt to repair an item, as we may not be able to help further.
Please note, if you have purchased an item through one of our stockists, you will need to go directly through them when exchanging or returning items.
