It’s super simple - sign up or sign in to Golden Gang Rewards, select the gemstone icon on the bottom right hand side of the website.

A Wanderlust Life customer account is required to join Golden Gang Rewards. 

If you already have a Wanderlust Life account you’ll automatically be enrolled and can sign in using your Wanderlust Life account details. 

If you have pop-up blockers set in your mobile privacy or browser settings you may experience issues opening Golden Gang Rewards.

Your Golden Gang Rewards account is different to your email profile. If you usually use guest check out when you place an order it is likely you don’t have an account so will need to sign up to unlock your Golden Gang Rewards.

You earn points with every purchase online and in our Braunton shop. Collect points to enjoy discounts on future shopping. 

When you purchase a Gift Card the points will be rewarded to the recipient when they spend the Gift Card.

Find the gemstone icon on the bottom right hand side of the website and make sure you’re logged into Golden Gang Rewards. Once you have at 100 points, you’ll have the option to redeem your points starting with a £5 reward. You can check if you have a redeemable reward under the ‘Your Rewards’ section in your Golden Gang Rewards dashboard. 

If you would like to spend your points in our store, simply share your email address with us at the till and we will apply the voucher.

If you would like to spend your points online you can redeem your points into a voucher. 

Points will be deducted from your account upon redeeming a reward and this process can not be reversed. 

There is a minimum spend of £30 and the maximum amount you can redeem against a purchase is a £20 reward. Golden Gang Rewards can only be redeemed against Wanderlust Life jewellery.

Your Golden Gang Rewards cannot be redeemed against Lifestore products, our engravable jewellery, solid gold pieces, welding studio or custom pieces. Our repair services, sale items, limited edition pieces and charity entities are also excluded.

Points will only be applied for sales made from 21.10.2022.

No. It is not possible to combine your Golden Gang Reward with another discount code in a single order. 

When you purchase a gift voucher the Golden Gang Reward points are awarded to the recipient (not the sender). 

Points will automatically be deducted from your account if an order is cancelled. 

If you return an item that was purchased using your Golden Gang Reward the points will be returned to your account.

Yes. If you have used more than one email address to sign up to our Golden Gang or make purchases please contact our customer service team who can help. 

Introductory points are not transferrable and can only be redeemed in combination with the email that has received them. However, we are happy
to transfer any new points that a you acquire on purchases made to your primary account.

Please be aware that points will only be applied for sales made from 21.10.2022.

When shopping in our shop & studio, please let the sales assistant know your email address and your points will be applied to your account. You don't need to redeem a coupon, this is for online purchases.

If you have a Golden Gang in-store loyalty card which has stamps on it, these points can be added to your online account. 1 stamp will equal 50 Points on the new scheme. Bring your card to the store so we can transfer these points onto your new account. We are happy to honour this until the expiry date stated on your card.

If you choose to collect stamps on your Golden Gang in store loyalty card you can not earn Golden Gang Reward points on the same purchase.

Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions to www.wanderlustlife.co.uk. and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications. 

Golden Gang benefits can only be redeemed with Wanderlust Life and are not valid within our network of stockists. Please check your email junk if you do not receive your sign up email.

The Golden Gang Refurb reward can be used to book in a single Fine Cord Necklace or a single Gold and Silk Bracelet. For each additional piece you would like to refurb you will need 70 points to qualify for 50% discount on this service.
