Once you have purchased your refurb service, kindly return your item in its original jewellery box. If you don't have the original box, we suggest using a sealed padded jiffy bag to ensure safe transit (avoid using plain envelopes as jewellery can easily break through the thin paper).

Please include your name, return address, and order number inside the package so we can identify it.
