Being in or near the ocean has immense health benefits, so we’re offering you the chance to allow your eyes to stretch to the blue horizon and your lungs to fill with fresh, salty sea air. We’ve partnered with The Salt and Sisterhood, to give you the chance to win a place on the Yoga & Wild Swimming retreat in Cornwall, worth £700, plus a Sunburst Fine Gold Chain Necklace in Blue Lace Agate. The retreat dates are 21st - 26th September 2019.

What you can win:

• 5 nights accommodation at a stunning country home located on it’s own peninsula with a private beach and woodland walks
• Delicious and nourishing healthy meals - breakfast, lunch and dinner prepared by our own retreat chef. Our food will be vegetarian but if you require vegan options or have any other dietary requirements we would be happy to accommodate you
• Twice daily yoga with your teacher Lauren who will guide you safely through your practice no matter your level of yoga. We will enjoy both flowing energetic classes as well as more restorative practices including yin and yoga nidra
