Instagram Competition - CLOSED

Since our inception, Wanderlust Life has aimed to celebrate the act of exploration. As you wander near & far in pursuit of new places & experiences, tag #mywanderlustlife and @wanderlustlifejewellery on Instagram for a chance to win a jewellery case packed with pieces from our current collections.  

Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. The competition is brought to you by Wanderlust Life, 14 Caen Street, Braunton, Devon, EX33 1AA (Wanderlust Life). Wanderlust Life Company Registered number is: 09227889

2. The competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of Wanderlust Life, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the competition.

3. The competition is free to enter.

4. Unlimited entries/tags are permitted.

5. To enter the competition simply tag #mywanderlustlife and @wanderlustlifejewellery on Instagram with an image of you wearing your Wanderlust Life piece exploring near & far destinations. By entering our competition you are giving us permission to repost your image on our social channels.

6. The competition closes at midnight on 1st October 2019. Tagged entries uploaded any time after the closing time and date will not be considered as a valid entry into the competition.

7. Wanderlust Life accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

8. The winning image will be selected in relation to the Wanderlust Life brand values. Prize winners will be notified by Instagram within 14 days of the closing date. If the prize is not claimed within seven days of the prize winner being notified, Wanderlust Life reserves the right to award the prize to a runner up in accordance with the process described above.

9. The winner will receive the prize set out below.

An exclusive jewellery wrap created in collaboration with Rose Choules Atelier filled with Wanderlust Life jewellery with a retail value of £250.

10. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

11. Wanderlust Life reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Wanderlust life's control make it necessary to do so.

12. The decision of Wanderlust Life regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

13. The surname of the winner will be obtainable for three months from the closing date of the prize draw upon application to Wanderlust Life (Winner Details Request), 14 Caen Street, Braunton, Devon, EX33 1AA (Wanderlust Life).

14. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Wanderlust Life reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

15. Wanderlust Life reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

16. Winners may be required to participate in publicity related to the prize draw which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media.

17. If consent is given:  Entrants' personal details may be stored and otherwise processed by Wanderlust Life. Please read our Privacy Policy https://wanderlustlife.co.uk/pages/privacy-policy to understand how we may use your data and what your rights are. If an entrant did not give consent to receiving marketing their details will be deleted three months from the closing date of the prize draw.

18. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
