What do you listen to when you are working?
Gregory Porter (we all love Greg)
What’s the first thing you do when you get home from work?
Take my bra off (and then pour a massive glass of red wine!)
What does a typical day look like for you?
Andrew brings me a cup of tea in bed. Then every day is different, just how I like it. A combination of treating peoples aches + pains, playing with gemstones and organizing Bay Fitness retreats.

If you could relive one day from your life, which would it be?
The day I arrived in New York for the first time with Matt and immersing ourselves in the madness of it all.
What is the biggest risk you have ever taken?
Leaving my job of 10 years as a photorealist painter to join WLL, thankfully a risk that has more than paid off!
What do you listen to when you are working?
We love a good 80’s playlist, sometimes 90’s if we are feeling like we want to re-visit our teenage years. There’s always some Gregory Porter thrown in there!
What’s the first thing you do when you get home from work?
We have two beautiful cats who I adore so will ply them with cuddles (and food), turn the music on and pour a nice glass of wine while deciding what to cook for dinner!

What do you listen to when you are working?
I’m constantly curating playlists – I’m never without music in the studio, at home or in the van. Really depends what mood we’re in, we can swing from an afternoon of 80’s power ballads into some RnB Soul. I’m loving Charlotte Day Wilson and Rosie Lowe at the moment.
How do you stay grounded and do you have any mindfulness practices?
I’ve practiced yoga for many years, and it’s a perfect tonic for the stresses of modern day living. When it gets a bit warmer, we have an 8am class on a Saturday morning overlooking Saunton Beach with one of my favourite teachers (and friends) Andrew. It’s the perfect way to reset for the weekend.
What’s the first thing you do when you get home from work?
Get some music on & pour a wine. In warmer months I’ll always try and spend as much time as I can outside in the evenings.
If you could to relive one day from your life, which would it be?
Opening the studio at 37 Fore Street was one of the happiest days I’ve had in a long, long time. We put so much energy and love into the brand, and to see it come to life into a physical space was such an achievement. I’d love to relive that day (without the nerves) and enjoy it all again!

Which celebrity would you love to see wearing your jewellery?
Megan Markle or the Duchess of Cambridge because I have a secret love and slight obsession for the royal family. Imagine the Queen wearing a fine cord necklace!
What is your poison of choice?
Aperol Spritz / G&T / Marlborough Sauvignon (in that order)
How do you stay grounded and do you have any mindfulness practices?
I think I’ve unknowingly adopted a sense of calm and mindfulness by just living life. It makes you realise not to take things too seriously and never to be too hard on yourself and in turn gives you an inner peace and calm that you only get from experience (I sound 90, I’m 27)
What advice would you give to your 20 year old self?
I’d hesitate to say anything, because I wouldn’t be where I am now if I had changed anything, but I would probably say - have more self-confidence and know your own self worth!

Gin. Any which way.
