Summer Solstice
While we often think of the solstice as a day, in fact it’s that exact moment when we’re closest to the sun. This year it’s 21 June at 3.58pm. Wake up  as that big ball of fire rises (4.43am) and don’t miss it as it goes down (9.22pm). Be sure to celebrate with a few sun salutations or by setting an intention along the way.
