2023 Trend Report

Forecast looks bright!

At Wanderlust Life HQ, we count on our head jewellery designer to focus on the forecast and give us the heads-up on what’s popping onto the horizon. Here Becky shares her up-to-the-minute rundown on top jewellery trends we’ll be seeing more of in the months to come.

Trend 01: Pearls

Ditch the idea that pearls are only for weddings and afternoon tea. We keep seeing them in killer combos both on haute couture catwalks and on men who like to saunter on the cutting edge. For a breezy-but-tough look, pair them with leather trousers, a simple t-shirt and messy hair.

Trend 2: Personalisation

There’s a lot of same-same out there, so it seems we’re all still on the hunt for ways to stand out. Enter engravable jewellery for the ultimate personalised look. “Jewellery is already a special purchase but when you personalise it, you make it even more unique and timeless”, Becky says.
Trend 03: hearts
The love heart has scattered itself across the fashion world in recent seasons, with the romantic motif appearing on every item of clothing you care to think of. It’s made the leap from garments to jewellery, so look to wear hearts not just on your sleeve, but around your neck and earlobes too.
Trend 04: Permanence
Ever loved a piece of jewellery so much you wanted to make it a permanent fixture? You’re not alone. Style-setters without fear of commitment are getting bracelets welded right onto their wrists. Our own in-shop jewellery welding service debuts Thursday 7th April, so get set to join the permanent pack.
