As we enter into festival season, we explore some of the worlds best celebrations from around the world, from a far-flung desert to a corner of English countryside.

Obonjan | Croatia

With a creative programme lasting a whopping 10 weeks, this unique island festival is made up of three pillars: Tune In, Explore and Restore. The result is an eclectic mix of musical performances, talks and workshops, yoga, massage and much, much more.

Where Obonjan is an island in the Adriatic sea off the Croatian coast, 6km from the City of Šibenik.

Eaux Claires | Wisconsin

Roskilde | Denmark

Port Eliot | Cornwall

From its humble beginnings as a literary festival, Port Eliot has morphed into a 4-day celebration that really does have something for everyone. With as much on for kids as there is for adults, this is a great one for some family fun.
